Heated Class


An 85-minute enlivening,
intense yet fun workout
utilizing a form of hatha
(physical) yoga based on
thousand year old
principles.

This class is a
disciplined series of
postures and stretching
providing a closely
controlled focus on
improving strength,
balance, flexibility and
mind management. It is
not a meditation but an
extreme workout
performed in a hot room
that will challenge all
parts of your body, mind
and soul.

An intense 60-minute,
slightly warm workout
that utilizes a variety
of positions and a
controlled flow of
movements.

Pilates creates a sleek,
