HOT YOGA 85 minutes (heated room)
This class is a form of hatha (physical) yoga using thousand year old principles. All exercise calls for a warm up - hot yoga's heated room maximizes blood flow to muscles and makes tendons more flexible.
Not a meditation, but a disciplined series of postures and stretches performed in a heated room that will challenge all parts of your body as well as your mind.

Be prepared to sweat!
Why heat? Heat enables muscles to warm up and relax. You can stretch more easily, thus avoiding injury. Sweating detoxifies the body and clears skin.
Not Flexible? You do not need to be "flexible". Yoga practiced at least three times a week will build flexibility.
