Our hope is to make each student feel as comfortable as possible, free of judgement, no matter where you are at in your practice. Each class is lightly heated, 1 hour long, the same sequence, and set to music. We offer a New Student Special 2 weeks unlimited for $20! We look forward to seeing you on your mat soon!
MEET THE INSTRUCTORS
Hot Yoga Workout instructors are certified yoga instructors registered with the Yoga Alliance®. Our yoga instructors are specifically trained to make adjustments and modifications for yogis of all levels. Consult your teacher if you have any difficulties or experience any discomfort in your practice.

Class sequence is designed for all levels beginner through advanced and reinforces his primary objectives as a teacher: helping others to realize the powerful wellness benefits of yoga including a stronger, toned and more flexible body and an improved state of mind encouraging relaxation, self-acceptance and awareness.
You do not need to be “flexible.”
Yoga practiced at least 3 times a week will dramatically increase flexibility.
We are committed to offering a variety of class styles because we believe there is something valuable to be found in each approach. If you are simply seeking some time on your mat to sweat it out or gently restore your body, we’ve got you covered! If you are seeking a deeper understanding of the philosophy and lifestyle, we offer that too! Your practice is a journey, an evolution, a vehicle for self-discovery and it is uniquely your own. PHYSICAL WELL BEING
Heat enables muscles to warm up and relax. You can stretch more easily, thus avoiding injury. Sweating detoxifies the body and clears the skin.
When I stepped into my first yoga class about 5 years ago it was merely for the physical benefit of it, but a funny thing happened.. my love and passion for yoga actually grew from a completely different place. It was because of how it made me feel mentally. You walk into class after having a crummy day and you walk out feeling like your on top of the world. Nothing can beat that. From this very place is where my desire grew to become a teacher about a year later. I’m just a guide for my students, but I strive to inspire and lift them up knowing how much this practice has helped me through the toughest of times. Sabrina has been a godsend and she is the reason why I teach here and call this my home. I feel beyond blessed to guide the amazing students we have here at Hot Yoga Workout.

``My name is Kathy, I am 51 years old, married 18 years, with two wonderful children, 26 yr old son and 18 yr old daughter. I started with Sabrina and Lindsey in August 2017 as a brand new student...brand new as in 'I've never done yoga in my life' new. Turning 50 was pivotal for me, both mental and physically. All the things that I had been able to put a 'bandaid' on the last 4 years or so wasn't really working anymore. The extra 8 lbs, I was carrying around turned into 15 lbs, the chronic back pain that I could ease with the occasional steroid shot no longer worked, and the anxiety that was manageable in years past had become so overwhelming to the point where sleeping 2-3 hours a night was the norm for me. I was failing on all fronts. My daughter suggested I go to a class with her, and I resisted at first, simply because l had no idea what I was doing, and I was afraid everyone would be staring at me. I sweat ALOT. I fell ALOT. l looked down ALOT. I never felt so out of my comfort zone than I did at the end of class, but when I left, it was the best I had felt in about 3 years. I kept coming back day after day. It's been almost 9 months since my first yoga class. I have lost 25 lbs. I start my day after a solid 6 hours of sleep, the occasional ice pack on my back usually does the trick, and that anxiety I carried around with me for years...well, let's just say the words ``no judgement, setting an intention, and letting go' have become part of my daily mantra. Walking into class is like home to me. I still sweat a lot and fall a lot, but at least now...I'm looking up when I do it. Sabrina and Lindsey are two of the most amazing people I have ever met, and even though they will probably never realize the impact they have had on my life, I will forever be blessed and thankful that I walked into the studio that day.``

``I have been involved in sports, weight training and hiking for over 40 years and in that time I constantly dealt with injuries. ``I’d been threatening to try (hot) yoga for a couple of years. A gift of a Groupon to Hot Yoga Workout finally sent me in. I arrived at that first visit apprehensive but felt very welcomed. Although I had no idea what I was doing, was able to muddle through with great instruction. And what a workout!
